How can I connect Google Scholar to the library's resources if I'm off campus?

  • When you're off-campus, Google Scholar will not automatically recognize you as a student with access to full text articles.

Image of the main library website with a call out box pointed at the databases: by title link. Call out box reads, "Click here and find Google Scholar @ CSUSM listed under "G." "

  • After typing in your search terms and getting to the results page, look for the "Get it at CSUSM" links.

    • The "Get it @ CSUSM" links will either be located on the right side of the article title or they will be hidden behind the ">>" symbol below the article information. See both examples below. Clicking on the link will route you back into the library website to find the full text.
