Library FAQ

This depends on the format of the item received and the preferred delivery method chosen at the time of the request. Regardless of the format or delivery method, you will receive an email to your campus account once the item is either available online, has been mailed to your home, or is awaiting pickup with specific access information.

Currently, items requested for pickup are delivered to the Library Lockers located just outside the 2nd floor entrance of the Kellogg Library (near Craven Circle). You have 6 days to claim your items from the lockers.
