Where can I get technical assistance?

If you need in-person assistance with username/passwords, troubleshooting computer, software/application, monitor, scanner or printer issues, go to the Student Technology Help Desk or the Faculty Staff Help Desk on the 2nd Floor of Kellogg Library. 

For virtual technology support, students should email sth@csusm.edu and faculty/staff should email helpdesk@csusm.edu.

For assistance specific to Cougar Courses, please email cchelp@csusm.edu
