Where can I get technical assistance?

Technology support is available at the IITS Student Technology Help Desk or Faculty & Staff Help Desk on the 2nd floor or Kellogg Library. 

Virtual technology support is also available by appointment. For more information, please visit: IITS For You (Help & Support). You may also reach out via email.

For virtual technology support, students should email techsupport@csusm.edu and faculty/staff should email helpdesk@csusm.edu.

For assistance specific to Cougar Courses, please email cchelp@csusm.edu
