How long will it take for reserve materials to be available to students?

Reserve materials are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is best to submit requests and drop off materials prior to the beginning of the semester if you'd like it available on the first day of the semester.

Physical and Electronic Reserves

During the beginning of a semester, it may take several days before material is ready. During non-peak times, materials are usually processed in 1-3 business days.

Library Reserves purchases take a minimum of 1 week to be available through our Library.

Media Reserves

All encoding is done in real time. Media reserve material is normally available within 7-10 days from submission of the request form at the start of every semester.  During non-peak times, films are added within a few days of receiving the request form.
