Library FAQ

Once you’ve been notified that your requested items are ready for pickup from the CSUSM Library Lockers, you can follow these steps to collect your items:

1. Check your email for item pickup information 
2. Access your locker one of three ways:
   • the Luxer One mobile app
   • the QR Code in your email
   • the access code in your email
3. The locker containing your items will open
4. Success! Remove your items and close the locker
5. Return your items to the Library Return boxes in Craven Circle
